"My wife and I had our first experience with your company when scheduling a house inspection a month ago. Dan did a thorough check and discussed in detail what was needed to correct the situation. At the time I mentioned that we were interested in re-insulating the sub-floor with R-21, as the house was built 22 years ago, and he stated that your company did that work also. He gave us detailed estimates on the immediate work as well as the R-21 installation. He went on to describe the re-check process to make sure the rodent problem was taken care of before the installation process would proceed.
Martin returned the following week to recheck the traps and do the corrective work on our home. He explained what he was going to do, did the work, and described what he had found in a detailed, professional manner.
Then the third week, Daniel and his crew of two returned to remove/install the insulation, along with wrapping the water pipes. They also completed other work that was listed on the work order. They started at 8:00 a.m. and worked till 12:30 p.m.without taking a break until the job was done. After the work was finished, they obviously were proud of what they had accomplished and asked if I wanted to see what they had done. I did and, like all the previous work your company did for us, it was excellent.
To do all of this work, they had to access the sub-floor area through our dining room to get to the trap door under the stairway. All of your associates took the necessary measures to contain and protect items in our home, which was greatly appreciated.
In summary, your team is one of the hardest-working, conscientious groups of professionals we have seen in a long time. We would recommend your company to all our neighbors and friends without reservation. It has been an honor to work with them all."
