Rodents can cause extreme damage to insulation. Our restoration technicians will follow the detailed report provided by your rodent inspector to restore any areas that have been damaged by rodents.
Every area will be restored to like new or better than new condition. Damaged insulation will be removed in the infested areas along with damaged vapor barrier, heat duct insulation, and in some cases, heat ducts. All of the rodent nesting is removed along with any construction debris, old foundation forms, garbage, and feces. New materials will replace all damaged materials.
After the removal, our restoration technicians will sanitize the infested areas. The areas are also deodorized to minimize odor, making your home less attractive to other rodents. This reduces, but does not eliminate, the risk of re-entry.
