When my technician, Bruce, first came to my house he.was extremely polite, personable, and knowledgeable of what my home needed. Bruce found evidence of rats in our crawlspace that I was not aware of, and our main problem at this time were wasps. He handled these with great attention to detail and I appreciated that. I have a 9 year old son, and a Golden retriever and we play in the backyard every day. I believe my golden retriever  had already been bitten or stung by something. I'm happy that the situation seems to be under control now.

I write to compliment your fine staff.  From my 1st call for information, your proficient gal had a smile in her voice.  Jim Finnis explained the extent of my problem and solutions, without pressure.  His friendly manner and obvious knowledge, told me I had made the right choice with Eastside.

Jim took on my insurance adjustor convincing them to pay to have the job done properly and thankfully, a work date was set up with amazing expedience!  I was rescued!

The restoration and prevention crews were professional, friendly and respectful!  Jack and the crews kept me informed, listened to my concerns, and let me have input.

I applaud Angel Garcia, his crew, and the Cabrera brothers who went above and beyond “just doing the job.”  They replaced the ground moisture barrier, leveled gravel at my porch steps, preventing a fall hazard and gave me a chance to move my plants before graveling in the front and so much more.  They are the hardest working people I’ve seen!

Now this may just be “par for the course with your business,” but to “me”…and in the day and age of overbooking, dishonesty, bait and switch, and just poor service, it was a breath of “fresh air”!!  It is nice to see that honesty, a strong work ethic and excellent customer service are not extinct.
