Call Center Manager

Tracy was born and raised in Kirkland and loves it so much she’s still there today! As our Call Center Manager, she helps manage all our friendly customer service representatives that take incoming calls from current and new customers.

While not in the office, you can find Tracy hanging out with friends and family. As a mom, her family is her favorite thing in her life! Or, you can find her relaxing through yoga.

Tracy’s favorite part about working for Eastside is the common goal we all have. Everyone at Eastside wants to help the customer in the best way that they can and she trusts that everyone is working towards the same thing.
